Parking provisions include approximately 121 spaces, or an average of more than two spaces per residence, ensuring convenience for both residents and guests.
Currently, the development proposal is under review by the City of Riviera Beach's planning and zoning authorities. Turnberry is presenting its vision as part of an ongoing effort to secure the necessary approvals and community input before moving forward.
