The proposed Turnberry development at 3930 North Ocean Drive envisions a new era of luxury living on Singer Island. Planned for a 3.3-acre oceanfront site that once housed a condominium building, the project would introduce a 20-story residential tower featuring approximately 52 high-end condominium residences.

The site's RM-20 zoning supports the scale and density of the proposal, allowing for up to 20 residential units per acre or 40 hotel units per acre, along with a maximum height of 20 stories and a floor area ratio of roughly 1.3.



The design concept emphasizes an elevated coastal lifestyle with an extensive suite of resort-style amenities. Plans include a state-of-the-art fitness center, spa with steam and sauna rooms, yoga studio, social lounge, children's playroom, and coworking and conference spaces. Outdoor features would complement the beachfront setting with multiple pools, landscaped terraces, and padel courts designed for recreation and relaxation. Parking provisions include approximately 121 spaces, or an average of more than two spaces per residence, ensuring convenience for both residents and guests.

Currently, the development proposal is under review by the City of Riviera Beach's planning and zoning authorities.
